Service and Leadership Awards

While students may be eligible for an academic excellence scholarship as well as a service and leadership award, the total amount of scholarship assistance may not exceed full tuition.

Advocate For Life Award: $5,000 - $10,000
Provided to students who have a record of extensive involvement with a pro-life organization at the collegiate, municipal, state, regional, or national level.

Armed Services Scholarship: $5,000 - $10,000
Provided to students who have served honorably in any branch of the U.S. military for at least two years. Consideration also will be given to incoming students who are committed to serving their country as a member of the JAG corps.

Catholic Student Leadership Award: $5,000 - $10,000
Provided to incoming law students with a record of extensive involvement in extra-curricular activities that support and enrich their Catholic faith (e.g. leadership position in a local parish or diocese, Newman Center, Catholic Student Center or other Catholic organization).

Knights Of Columbus - Fr. Michael J. McGivney Award: Varies
Provided to incoming law students who have been actively involved with the Knights of Columbus.

Salt And Light Award: $5,000 - $10,000
Provided to deserving students who have two or more years of full-time work or volunteer experience in a churchsupported ministry (e.g., a director of religious education; a missionary; service through FOCUS, ACE, JVC.).
