Dean's Delegates
What does it mean to be a Dean's Delegate?
The Ave Maria School of Law Dean’s Delegates Program is an opportunity for our students to serve as official student representatives on behalf of the Law School and the Law School’s President and Dean at a variety of campus and community functions. The Dean’s Delegates showcase the excellence of Ave Maria School of Law to the community and are role models of professionalism, hospitality and character. Delegates are invited by the Dean and must successfully participate in an interview as part of the selection process that also includes academic performance. Dean’s Delegates may be called upon to represent the Law School at social functions both on and off campus and to serve as VIP handlers, special event facilitators, and greeters/ushers. They engage with dignitaries, public officials, community leaders, benefactors, alumni and the general public, exemplifying the best that Ave Maria School of Law has to offer. Dean’s Delegates will also participate in Phone-A-Thon’s to benefactors and friends of the law school to further engage them in our mission.
Mission Statement: The Ave Maria Law Dean’s Delegates program promotes the mission of Ave Maria School of Law through leadership and service that engages the unique talents of Ave Maria Law students in support of institutional advancement.
DEANS DELEGATES RECEIVE:
- An official Ave Maria School of Law Dean’s Delegate name tag;
