The Admissions Committee seeks to identify candidates with demonstrated ability to complete the rigorous and distinctive legal education provided by Ave Maria School of Law. The Admissions Committee evaluates each application from a “whole-person perspective” and gives attention to an array of factors, including undergraduate and graduate school records; the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) score(s); personal and professional accomplishments and goals; community activities and service; obstacles overcome; work experience; other indicators of academic ability; motivation to study law; and an appreciation of the qualities associated with being a member of Ave Maria School of Law and the legal profession.
