Ave Maria Elder Law and Estate Planning Association

Mission: 
The objectives of the Ave Maria Elder Law and Estate Planning Association (AMELEA) are (1) to promote awareness of social and legal issues in regard to Florida Estate Planning with particular interest in the elderly and minority population; (2) to provide students with the information regarding available curriculum options and practice areas in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Tax Law; (3) to encourage students to participate in activities and discussions sponsored by AMELEA; (4) to develop a relationship with professionals practicing in the area of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and tax law; and (5) to encourage student participation in programs and volunteer opportunities in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Tax Law.
