The special featured speaker at the annual event was Mary Hallan Fiorito, Cardinal Francis George Fellow at both the Ethics and Public Policy Center & Notre Dame de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture.

Ms. FioRito is an attorney, public speaker, and commentator on issues involving Catholic Church teachings, administration, and religious freedom.

Her specific areas of expertise include the Consistent Ethic of Life, abortion, abortion law and policy, post-abortion aftermath, contraception, and women in the Church, with a special interest in English mystic, poet, and artist Caryll Houselander. Ms. FioRito received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1993 and was then appointed by the late Joseph Cardinal Bernardin to serve as the Director of Pro-life Activities for the Archdiocese of Chicago.

Ave Law was honored to have Ms. FioRito on campus at the St. Thomas More Commons, where she presented “A Post-Dobbs America: Speaking to the Hearts and Minds of the American Public.”

After the presentation, Ave Law held its own March for Life near the school’s Naples, FL campus
